Our story
Casa Pura was built on a simple conviction: every space deserves to feel like it was prepared just for you. Not wiped down. Not tidied up. Reset — the way a great hotel does it, every single time.
Casa Pura was built for five kinds of space that have one thing in common. Somebody walks in, and the first thirty seconds decide what they think. A short term rental between guests. A high end home or a vacation property. A furnished corporate unit. A production trailer between calls. A business before it opens in the morning. The standard is the same in all five. What changes is the deadline.
Today, Casa Pura serves five divisions — short-term rentals, high-end residential and vacation properties, corporate housing, commercial spaces, and film production — across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas, Bernalillo, and Santa Fe. The same documented, boutique standard in every space we touch. A missed turnover costs you a booking. A late trailer reset costs you a shoot day. An unkept home costs you the feeling you worked hard to create. The small things are the biggest things anyone remembers. That's exactly what Casa Pura protects.

Timestamped arrival photos before we touch anything. Timestamped completion photos when we finish. A written maintenance report sent directly to you after every single visit.

Professional-grade products selected for each surface, with fully plant-based cleaning available on request at a 15% increase. We launder with an EPA Safer Choice certified detergent, never tested on animals.
Hotel-grade execution
Crisp tucked corners, staged presentation, amenities in place. We bring five-star technique to every property we touch — Airbnb or film set, residential or corporate.
