How we price it
Every space is different. We price based on square footage, frequency and what the space actually needs — not a guess over the phone.
We start with a walkthrough. No quotes over the phone for spaces we haven't seen.
You get a flat monthly rate based on frequency and scope — no surprise line items.
Your rate is built from the time your building actually takes at the frequency you choose. More than one location receives a further 5% off each location after the first.
Add-on services — post-construction, pre-opening and one-time detail cleans — are quoted separately.

What we clean with.
Professional-grade products chosen for each surface, with an EPA-registered disinfectant on high-touch points. Fully plant-based cleaning is available on request at a 15% increase, reflecting the products and the additional time they require. Your customers walk into clean — not into fumes.

A burned-out bulb, a leaking faucet, a supply running low. We flag it so you don't find out from a customer.

You get the same documented standard every visit, and a written record of what was done. Work outside our scope — floor refinishing, hood cleaning, pest control, anything above twelve feet — we quote and manage for you through insured, certified specialists.
Serving Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Albuquerque, Corrales, Placitas and Santa Fe. $1,000,000 general liability and a $25,000 janitorial service bond. Certificate of Insurance, additional insured endorsement and W-9 within five business days of asking.
